It is with a lot of excitement that we begin a great journey in our family. We have been prayerfully considering adoption for several years now and have decided to follow Gods leading in our lives. We are very blessed to have received news that we have a baby boy waiting on us in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) in Africa. He is believed to be about 8 months old. His given name is Moise, which is translated into "Moses".
The Lord calls each of us to do His work in different ways. God has blessed us with six wonderful children. Some of you may wonder why we have chosen to add a seventh child to our family. The reason is simple, we have love to give and so many children need love. We have heard lots of funny things with regards to us having so many kids, as you can imagine. We are not perfect parents by any means but we are learning and adapting as we go. We share lots of laughs and of course there are tears but through it all we have truly been blessed.
It is our prayer that you as family and friends will follow our journey and share in the blessing of bringing our baby home.
John 14:18...I will not abandon you as orphans, I will come to you.
